Dutch House Davos is an independent, industry-led initiative intended to bring Dutch and international leaders, investors, founders and partners together in Davos during the period of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.

Dutch House Davos is not an official partner of the World Economic Forum and is not organised by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the World Economic Forum, the Dutch government or any other governmental authority.

References to the World Economic Forum, its Annual Meeting and Davos are used for descriptive and contextual purposes only.

Dutch House Davos is a planned and anticipated event that may not yet have been formally launched, publicly announced or confirmed.

The organisation is currently exploring and discussing the venue arrangements and the permits, licences, approvals and authorisations that may be required to host and operate the event in Davos. These may include approvals relating to the venue, temporary use of the premises, event operations, fire safety, hospitality, signage and other local requirements.

The event remains subject to obtaining all required permits, approvals, venue agreements and operational clearances. Publication of information on this website does not mean that any permit, approval, venue or event programme has been confirmed.

If the required permits, approvals or venue arrangements are not obtained, or are obtained later than anticipated, Dutch House Davos may postpone, relocate, modify, reduce or cancel the event, in whole or in part. Dutch House Davos will not be responsible for losses, costs or expenses incurred in reliance on an anticipated event date, venue, programme, speaker, partnership or participation opportunity, except where expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.

All information published on this website regarding the event, including proposed dates, locations, venues, speakers, participants, programmes, sessions, partners and services, is preliminary and subject to change.

Information may be added, corrected, removed or updated as preparations progress and as the anticipated event date approaches. Dutch House Davos does not guarantee that information published on the website is complete, final or continuously up to date.

Visitors, applicants, participants and partners should not make non-refundable travel, accommodation, production or other arrangements solely in reliance on preliminary information published on this website.

You may use this website for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with or disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Submitting an application, registration of interest or enquiry does not create any entitlement or right to attend, speak at, partner with or otherwise participate in Dutch House Davos.

Invitations, accreditations, speaking opportunities, partnership opportunities and other forms of participation are offered at our sole discretion. They are personal, non-transferable and may be amended or withdrawn.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, confirmation of an application, invitation or proposed participation remains subject to the event proceeding and to the required permits, approvals, capacity and operational arrangements being available.

Any paid partnership, sponsorship or formal participation arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

All content on this website, including text, names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, imagery, branding and website design, belongs to Dutch House Davos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or otherwise used without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

No rights are granted in the names, trademarks or intellectual property of the World Economic Forum, the Dutch government or any other third party referenced on this website.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of this website will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
